"Es gibt einen Virus auf der Welt, der 8500 Kinder am Tag tötet, es heißt " Hunger ".

Es gibt ein Heilmittel Namens Essen...
Aber niemand redet darüber.
Ich frage mich warum!

Welcome to

Ms.Suzy's Learning Inn

My dear lovely students,

This is a stressful time for us all, but we will face this situation together with LOVE, HUMOUR and PATIENCE - and with these inner golden qualities - we will come out stronger than ever before as a community.  I hope...We hope...that our perspective will change and we learn to get our priorities right.  We will learn to appreciate what we usually take for granted, and we stop looking at life as a given right. Use this sacred quarantine period as a new opportunity to discover your hidden talents and tap into unexplored potential.  Of all the things we teach you at school, the one lesson I hope you will carry with you until your dying day is this: You Are Worthy! You are worthy of love, because YOU are YOU.

Please remember, your worth is not defined by:

  • Your grades or academic progress;

  • How many friends you have or how popular you are;

  • The number of  likes you have on social media

  • Your looks

 Remember this: You matter. You have so much worth. You make my world...our world... better every day just by showing up and being you.

During this time away from school, you are learning to face unexpected difficulties, and to get in touch with the priceless values of hope and patience.  You are learning to pray and trust, and to understand that humanity is one big family, and we all hope, cry, fear and suffer in similar ways, despite our gender identity, looks, religious beliefs, political views and skin colour.  We are one species: one race!  You are also learning the importance of solidarity, which can be strengthened with a warm smile, a kind word, a text message or a phone call and a nice memory.  So, during a time like this it is important to be good to ourselves and to one another, as when all of this will be over, what will really matter is how we treated each other.

On another note, as we are currently temporarily physically apart from one other, I thought that this virtual space could help us remain connected and we keep on learning together in a new way.  In this blog, you would find educational resources, material and even other tasks which you can carry out at the leisure of your home.

Until we see each other again, let us try to remain loving and bold  - and as you regularly wash your hands, remember to also fold them in prayer.  I send you all my love and loads of hugs your way.

In meinem Herzen und Gedanken.

Bleibt mutig!

"I am deeply thankful for it all.

The Highs and the Lows.

The Blessings and the Sorrows.

The Lessons and the Memories.

The Comebacks and the Losses.

The Laughter and the Pain.

The Judgement and the Kindness.

The Friendships and the Scars.

The Hugs and the Distance.

The True Love and the Real Fear.

...Everything...

Especially YOU."
